A great lady/owner but one of the most disappointing pedicure and manicure I ever had. Cuticles, and calluses were not taken care of, polish was on my skin, polish did not dry properly, polished marred and smudged and by the time a reached my car the polish was ruined. Even after 2 + hours at home the polish did not dry properly--when i put on shoes later, and took them off my toenail was stuck to the shoe when I took them off. Both toes and fingernails look awful..I am sorry to say that overall quality was very poor.

You need to offer the services that were listed on the website. You did not offer the chocolate or essential oil pedicure. I would also suggested that you see better quality polish such as O.P.I, China Glaze etc.

should have walked out before redeeming voucher. door locked when I arrived. salon looked dirty. tools not sanitary. polish odd colors, old and gunky. pedicure chair broken. both services done in 30 minutes. would love a refund. never again.
