The receptionist is very helpful and the quality of the transfer from VCR to disc is very good, especially when they are working with 20+yr old tapes. I would definitely recommend them.

I have not received my finished product yet, but I will say that the customer service is superb. I called to ask some specifics about the process and spoke to a very knowledgeable and friendly person. I sent my VHS tapes to be converted and received a prompt email asking me some further questions about my order. Very responsive customer service. Looking forward to the finished product.

From the very first phone conversation with Maddie at Visions Forever, I was sure that my experience with them was going to be a positive one. Maddie was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. She was also very pleasant and friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions both over the phone and in person at the store. I plan to have some more work done by Visions Forever.
