Guests meander into Fit Physique Fitness Center’s open two-storied gym before working up a sweat on the track that encircles the balcony, or by hauling around free weights. After self-driven workouts, they can head up to the expansive, wood-floored studio for Zumba, yoga, or tae kwon do classes, or out onto the 15-station outdoor obstacle course where they’ll scramble up rope ladders and hoist themselves up and over wood-slatted walls. Children can cavort on the obstacle courses during birthday parties when they aren’t being watched, entertained, or taught to fill out individual income-tax returns in the onsite kid-sitting area.
