Awesome coaches and supportive peers. Best box I've been to ever!!

I have a desk job, and they modified workouts so I could still get in a good workout while being safe as I work myself up to the tougher movements. We have a group of 4 of us that signed up together. We are all at varying levels of beginner/first timers. I felt encouraged and pushed but not bullied. Always been afraid of starting something like this because I have never been good at fitness, but I felt good here. I recommend.
