I was unable to use both of my shellac manicures because I was told my the manicurist that they were no longer honoring those coupons and that their store was closing and she was no longer working there. I will be very upset to find out that the store never closed and was still honoring the coupon.

Listening to employees gossiping shouldn't be a part of the customers experience. They need to present themselves in a more professional manner.

I purchased the shellac manicure and she could not a French which is the only reason I bought one. It took over two hours to do a manicure that should only take 15 minutes. Waste of money. :(
