I am having a great time! A fun way to get a great workout. Safira and her staff are attentive and patient I will be taking more classes.

After attending for a few weeks, I don't feel that the instructor even knew my name or made any attempt to 'welcome' me other than the beginning 5 minutes. The music was also a little too loud, making it hard to hear the 'instruction'.
