As long as you don't go too early, SUMO is super. They have good svc & good food & wonderful sushi. PROBLEM: The last 3 times we went early to dinner because we have 2 children under 10 Whenever we go to an early seating- we feel VERY rushed. Guess they are trying to get one group through for the big rush at 6:30 etc The chef/entertainment has been uncomfortably rushed every time we go early that we were ready to stop going to SUMO completely. We were invited to go there recently (not early) & it was super. I go for sushi lunch sometimes & that is always good food & good svc. Favorites at SUMO = Hibachi Teryaki Salmon is OUTSTANDING Sushi favorite is UNI (sea urchin) it is heaven on earth

Thanks for a great time. We may be bringing another group soon. We were impressed by the skills of our chef. The service was superb and it was a very fun time.

Work on customer service, i.e. if a customer has something missing that they ordered, you should get it for them without asking any questions and you should not not charge them for the item.

Very very slow service! Bathrooms are not clean, u can smell them in the waiting area.

Make sure the grill is cleaned from any food particules PRIOR to seating guest. That was my biggest turn off being seated at a dirty grill and when the cook came over he just cleaned the cooking area and I asked to clean the ENTIRE grill area and he seemed annoyed because he did not interact with us at all.
