I attended a beginner yoga class and enjoyed it tremendously. I am eager to continue practicing yoga with this studio. The atmosphere is relaxed and inclusive. I left feeling better physically and emotionally compared to how I felt before class.

As a beginner and having never done Pilates before, I found Kore to be warm, inviting and not intimidating at all. Although the class can be as intense as you make it.
