This place is very clean and has a great atmosphere. I had a couple of sauna sessions and I’m going to come back for more plus some other services! They are super friendly and the smoothies are A1

The sauna and colon hydrotherapy were a great experience! The Nutrition and Wellness has a very inviting, warm, and relaxing environment. The staff is great! The colon hydrotherapy is effective at cleansing not only the body but its a great time to release spiritually and emotionally. The Nutrition and Wellness is well worth my drive from my home in Hampton!
