About Crossfit Lifeforce

CrossFit LifeForce prides itself as a community of like-minded fitness enthusiasts who push individuals to meet and exceed their personal goals. With an expansive schedule that features classes six days per week—including during the evenings on most days—the facility welcomes seasoned exercisers and beginners alike. During each session, one of CrossFit LifeForce’s coaches leads groups through a WOD, or workout of the day, which gets posted to the website daily.
