Wonderful gym experience! The class environment is welcoming and motivating. The atmosphere is energetic and supportive. The coaches are knowledgeable and instructive. If your looking for an interactive gym that supports fitness goals, this is the place to be. Check out the AP, F.I.T. Southampton.

The staff and trainers are awesome. The are always concerned you are doing the moves correctly and they phase you into the difficuly level of the work outs based on your fitness level.
