The instructors are awesome and definitely make you feel welcome as a newbie to the kickboxing world! It is one of the best work outs I've ever had. You will leave dripping in sweat but feeling awesome!!!

Instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. They take safety seriously and push each person to give their best effort. I highly recommend Southampton Martial Arts!
