I had a first time experience with Victoria Lee at Xquisite Design. To say the least. My first experience was amazing. My hair was damaged after 3 months of braids but Lee used products that left my hair feeling and looking moisturized and so healthy. She also gave me a cut that I absolutely loved. The hair salon isn't the most beautiful site but Lee will take care of you.
