Scheduling an appointment was horrific. Never able to contact live person. Access to the location on a Sunday was almost impossible as the building was locked. The room was unventilated and the massage therapist breathed as if she eS snoring. WORST!

Massage was not great, hard to schedule.

I ordered a product and never got a message that it came in…yet my CC was charged.

While the treatment was good, scheduling and dealing with them was a nightmare! At most times they don't answer the phone which wouldn't be an issue if they returned a message. They also don't return emails, or send emails that they insist are coming

The scrub they used was actually painful. It was not properly washed off my back.
