It's impossible to get someone to answer the phone,and they don't return calls. The 'spa' is not a spa like setting. Yuck!

Emailed several times, never got a response, called no response, so I never got the service done. Very unprofessional, especially since it is posted on the website to call or email.

Why are you cash only? This has always been strange to me and I've been there, on and off, for 3+ years. And after paying in cash, I'm always asked of I need a receipt ---- you should always give a client a receipt when they pay cash. Other wise what evidence do you have that they had services done and paid for it?
