About Belle Eden Studio

Even before they picked up their first cameras, Sloan and Steele Knudson were learning how to frame a beautiful image. Steele was a film student at the University of Southern California, where he also took on a full-time job working on Hollywood movie sets. Sloan was a theater director in New York City, where she helped stage a wide variety of productions. But they eventually found their way to photography and founded Belle Eden Studio as a full-service studio where clients can come to not only have portraits taken, but also get their hair and makeup done and be guided through the shoot by modeling consultants (particularly helpful for their boudoir sessions). And thanks to their location on Tybee Island, they have access to the historic lighthouse, whether people just want it in the background or to have their photo taken from the viewing deck at its top.
