I have really enjoyed my time at Crossfit Ares. The trainers are all extremely friendly and knowledgable, the workouts are challenging yet fun, and the other people in classes make everyone feel like they belong

If you are thinking about taking up CrossFit -- stop thinking about it and get to CrossFit Ares! Great facility, awesome coaches, excellent group of CrossFitters! Highly recommend!
