The yoga instructor is not good. He took up 15 minutes of the class letting people talk about what they did over the weekend.

The Detox Scrub was something I never had before but thought I'd be adventurous and try it out. It was not for me. I hated having my hair get wet! To be fair the staff was very cordial it was just a spa experience that I didn't like.
