My experience with permanent makeup eyeliner was excellent with Tracy at Curative Touch. I have had a bad experience years ago at a place in Litchfield that tramatized me. Tracy renewed my faith and I no longer fear permanent makeup. She is wonderful and is very knowledgeable. I will be back again and I recommended her to all my family and friends. R - Torrington
