My entire family will be joining in, even my 10 year old son took part in some of the sessions and he loved it! We recommended adrenaline to his Hockey coaches for the boys for conditioning in the off season.

I really enjoyed working out with Adrenaline! I thought the instructors were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I especially enjoyed taking the classes with Ashley and Karl.

It's a tough workout for those who are serious and willing to dedicte time to it. I've seen the results with people who have been with Adrenaline, my own son as an example.
