Excellent instructor, shows his experience and professionalism. Enjoyed my first class so much that I brought two more friends with me. He is the best advanced yoga/Pilates instructor in the Essex County area. I love the meditation at the end of the class to help your body cool down and bring you into your Zen zone. The price you can’t beat. I will be taking his classes from now on.

Great space, immediately felt welcomed and includes. The instructor is incredibly knowledgeable and leads a challenging class that is suitable for a multitude of participants, both new and experienced.
