they are doing a great job providing a local science place to take children

Five year old grandson had a riot. I promised him we'd be back at every birthday!

There were some areas that are in need of repair or upgrades. My nephew loved the dinosaur dig the best. He enjoyed the day and that is what was most important.

Our 4 and 6 year-old grandchildren had a ball - especially in the giant sand pit, digging for fossils. The facility was pretty small, though, and only took about an hour and a half to go through. Not like the big Science Centres, but fun for the younger ones.

We all had a great time! The kids could have stayed there all day... I would absolutely recommend the science center. It would be awesome too, for birthday parties....not sure if you do that or not but it might be something to think about for more revenue.

Many displays in the earth and dirt section (computer) do not work and need fixed.

It has potential, but once you have gone, then there is no use to go back, everything was the same. It should be at no cost actually. If more thought was put into it, it could be a great place but there isnt enough displays. The most interesting thing i saw was the old computers and typewriters and phones that are hidden away behind a door.
