Customer service was bad! First time I called and left a message, I never heard back from anyone. Second time I called back, owner said she would call me right back and didn't call back. I followed up with a phone call the next day to schedule an appt. Day of service owner called to tell me she had overslept and would be late. Because she was unclear with where the studio was located and because she was late herself, I waited for 30 minutes before even entering her studio. She was generally unapologetic and tried to persuade me to reschedule after I had gotten a babysitter in order to get my haircut. Generally bad customer service and I would recommend that owner higher a receptionist
