Great customer service! Charlie was very friendly and accommodating of my time when we scheduled my appointment. I loved my tan and it is still going after 6 days with visits to the beach, pool, and lots of gym workouts. You can tell Charlie wanted to make sure I had the best possible outcome. The color was beautiful on my skin and not orange. I did make the mistake of using a soap to shower before that had lotion on it, my mistake! So she gave me extra time in front of the fan to make sure the tan stuck, and it did. Only minor constructive criticism I would give is for Charlie to give a little more detailed instructions on what to do before the tan, how to shower, what to wear, what to do/not to do. I had to ask her these questions before coming in and still missed not using Dove soap :( Still, overall, I highly recommend her!

I had the most amazing, comfortable, first time ever getting a spray tan from charlie was beyond my expectations, she is the best and I will never go anywhere else!! 💜😍👙
