I enjoyed the class and look forward to taking more in the future. I will continue to refer others. I am experiencing an improved fitness level as a result of the exercises taught in class. I appreciate that all of the instructors/partners were an extension of Max and I don't feel cheated because he was not there for every class.

The class is challenging, but completely worth it! Everyone is encouraging, including the instructors. This is not like any other boot camp. There's no yelling, no drill sergeants, no ridiculous exercises. It's amazing!

Perfect classes for someone looking for that bit of motivation to get them exercising. Many options for class times and locations. The exercises will help you get in shape and look great
