I noticed that service was better than my prior visit a long while ago. Especially Facial, but massage by I think it was Monica, was EXCEPTIONAL too! Facial gal (she has a son at FSU age 19) was very good also and did a FANTASTIC job!

Be careful of the hard sell on upgrades and memberships, they will seriously add up. Otherwise a great place!

Rachel gave a fabulous facial. Very relaxing. :-)
A con would be the music choice and level. It could be annoying at times. Not the most relaxing sounds.
