I was excited to get my hi-lights in my hair. I have to say I was disappointed as far as the color. On a positive note, the person who did my hair was very friendly and funny, and he trimmed and styled very nice, but as fat as the color-very sad:( in fact, when I got home my daughter said, "I thought you were going to get your hair done" another person commented saying maybe he just applied a toner. No color:( I don't like to complain, but I am sad, wish it could of been lighter like I told him i wanted. Suppose to be what the customer wants, right?
