Very nice and quick..I like they didn't try to up sell me anything..she was more interested in what I was trying to acheive with my IPL and made sure to tailor the treatment to that!!...and my skin already looks great! I still have one more treatment to go! My only complaint is they don't have a lot of appt. availability for a working person..they would have a more loyal and consistemclient if they offered more hours...

The IPL facial worked as represented It was mildly painful but certainly not unbearable The day after the treatment, my face looked like it was dirty (brown dots of "dirt") where the sun damage had been About 10 days post-treatment, the "dirt" is gone and so are the sun spots Totally worth it
