Very unorganIzed, run out of party store, person at party store knew nothing, workers were late (almost 30 minutes), tried to call # to find out why, mailbox was full, will never use again. Appointment was not in their books, very hard to contact

Very unorganized and unprofessional. We had fun, and the instructor was alright...but the other "employees" were drinking while we were out on the water and it just didn't seem like safety/scheduling/professionalism were priority.
