Vinyasa is very gentle. Not a hot room if your used to hotter temp rooms.

I have only been to two sessions so far, but I am really enjoying your class. I sought out yoga as much or more for the peace it gives me, as I did for the exercise. And your class really delivers both! Thank you.

I would make sure to let everyone know, that the studio is in a basement of a home. It is not in a business location. I personally don't like the basement atmosphere and would rather go onto a "zen like" studio, so I won't be going back. the teacher however is a great teacher.
