Thanks for your hard work! I love my new hair!

I was there for 3 hours and 11 minutes. My appt was at 3pm I was back in my car at 6:11pm.The girl who took care of me put dye on my hair for highlights, then went on to someone else. When she came back to me and unwrapped the foil and washed my hair, my hair was too blonde. She had made a comment when I was in her chair that my hair will lift quickly and I stated I didn't want it real blonde and that it gets blonde quickly on its own from blow drying it and the sun. She had to redo the highlights. I had groceries in the car and I had to be at work at 7pm. I felt the girl who took care of me didn't really care that she messed up my hair or that I was there for so long.
