Food is consistent, always good and fresh. Some dishes you can customize the spice level. Other dishes like curry cannot be customized. Try to come as early as you can. On weeknights when they close at 9pm they can start turning people away at 8:30 when they are busy. And they were very busy tonight so service was kind of poor/nonexistent. There were only two servers in a full dining room. Food still came out within reasonable time though.
