A wonderful experience. The owner was my massage therapist and she worked her magic on me!!!
This place is incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. It took 3 attempts to make an appointment because their computers were down. They didn't tell me my masseuse was a male. The "rooms" were separated by just a curtain and at one point the curtain was open and the other staff person was working in next room and answered a phone call! It was light in the room with the lovely sounds of the freeway below...no relaxing atmosphere at all. Horrible experience.
Worst service experience of my life. dirty.
Difficult to get ahold of a live person to set an appointment.
Low rent locations. They don't answer their phone, and they don't return calls in response to messages left for them in regard to scheduling. Their voicemail box is often full; so I can't even leave a message.
Curtain-like "doors" do not provide enough privacy. The massage therapist talked too much during the massage. The music and atmosphere was not relaxing. Way too tight of a space.
Very unprofessional. Atmosphere was disorganized and definitely not the relaxing, calm feeling expected from a "spa". Service for myself and friend was poor quality. We both doubt that the "massage therapists" were trained or licensed.
Please tell clients you have chosen to use olive oil instead of massage oil, I was very surprised when I found out not from being told by the massage therapist but from reading a sheet of paper taped to the wall.
I would NEVER recommend this place. I hope the masseuse that works for them can break free somehow!
Office and massage spaces were up a dirty flight of stairs, office seemed chaotic, massage spaces were separated by white sheets hanging from the ceiling. Service was kind and sweet, but not ideal. I was asked if I wanted them to focus on any particular area, told them neck and shoulders, but that info must not have been translated to the therapist. Not a great experience.
