The owner stayed two hours passes closing for us. I would go back for that kind of customer service.

My girls had a great day at the spa!

Hair was cut dry and "styling" was running fingers thru hair. My stylist skipped work and the poor girl working the shop had to handle the entire front end herself in spite of texting the girl who should've come in. There was a huge line forming around our long appt, which may be why corners were cut. Regardless, it was my daughters birthday and this was meant to kick off her day. Disappointing after making the appt a month ago! On a Sat. morning there is no excuse for not having a manager present to fix issues. Also, advertise realistically! I found myself apologizing for this girls stressful morning by the end. My poor daughter...
