It was extremely important that I be able to workout around my crazy work schedule which is overnights. For 2mos I was able to go straight from work to the gym and get a great 1-2hr workout in. Well worth the money.

This is my third go round with the Birmingham Powerhouse (move a few times) and it's still great. Super friendly helpful staff, it's always clean and never over crowded when I'm there. They're even open 24 hours now! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Great facility. Classes are free as part of membership. Equipment is top notch. Trainers are kind and helpful. Busy but never overcrowded to where you can't get a machine. Excellent sauna and steam shower. A+++
