They were the nicest that you can imagine Daria did my Keratin came out perfect very professional she was n kind then went back to main store where they checked me out very sweet the girl was there very professional did not talk me I to buying any products but took the time out to explain them which I did buy a hair mask overall I'd say it's a 10 in my book !!!
