Lovely experience

The person doing my facial was chewing gum. I heard it during the facial. It was a little annoying and I found it took away from the relaxation aspect of the facial.

It was a very relaxing experience and my skin feels amazingly smooth. I plan to repeat the experience.

I had an excellent facial. The ethistician was very professional and the treatments yielded great results. I found the spa to meet all my requirements - cleanliness, atmosphere, services and pleasant employees....all excellent.

when i called to make the appointment they were pleasant.When I told them I had a group on the response was OOHH. When I asked why the OH the response was you get a different treatment. When they asked if I have been there before I said Yes & the response was "Well the group on is only for first time. I told them I was never there for a mani/pedi and it was a gift for facial a few years ago. Since they didn't have any of my contact info they made the appointment.The treatment was fine but not a $70 value. It was barely worth the $35.They didnt have a fan nail dryer or apedi massage chair. Upon leaving I got a good bye but they could have said "Thanks for coming, Hope you enjoyed it. Please come again Nothing!

the place was not too clean, and the facialist did very little work. the steamer was placed to one side which necessitated my holding my head tilted in a very uncomfortable position in order for it to work. she left me for 15 minutes twice with a mask on. at all my other facials they did some sort of massage (hands or feet) while the mask was on. i would not go back.
