Body wrap was relaxing and very hot. So make sure you were some loose clothes or you will feel like you are roasting afterwards. Easiest way to slim down! Highly recommend.

Make sure you incline the bed (just pull up the top part) & use the booster. It makes you sweat so much more. I found it easier to put the arm holders on after you are laying down.
