I had Michelle the owner do my Mani & pedi. She did a terrific job. She was very engaging and pleasant.

My only complaint is that I called to make an appointment a week in advance. I had to wait 40 minutes before I was worked on. I was told they close at 7 and that 6 was the latest appointment. I got there at 5:50 and maybe a walk-in came in right before me but my sister was already being helped and I had to wait until 6:40 before the gentlemen could begin on me. I understand that its a difficult business to predict but what was the point of making the appointment if only to end up waiting? I left at 8pm and that kept the owner and my technician late by an hour and meant it took 2 full hours of my time. I'll go back again, I'm very happy with the service but will just walk in next time.

Michelle the owner came in and opened the spa on her day off. Its immaculate and she is a very hard worker. I highly recommend this spa.

This is a new business that the owner recently opened after commuting to a nail salon in Boston for 17 years. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning because of the great customer service and the opportunity to support a new small business.
