The first class kicked my behind and I could barely walk for 3 days. I think you should have an intro to Intro Crossfit. I bet many people do not come back after that first workout.

CrossFit is high intensity. They offer kickboxing, kids classes and HITS classes. Sometimes yoga. You run a lot too.
