Had an appointment at 1:00 p.m. Went there no one there. Called & left a message. Waited around until 1:30 p.m. & called and left message asking her to call & re-schedule as I couldn't wait any longer. When she called, no apology. Asked if I could come the next day & I couldn't. Re-scheduled for another day. Got a call the next day to confirm appointment that I said I couldn't do. Re-verified actual appointment time & date. Arrived to second appointment only to find out she double booked me. She did apology for the double booking but I still can't get back my 1 1/2 hours of wasted time between the two appointments.

Very nice girl. Needs better lighting so she can cover the entire nail with polish. Maybe I should have said "yes". She also needs more polish colors
