Patricia Yvette Terry loves computers, and she wants others to love their computers, too. Of course, not everyone has her level of experience when it comes to solving the oft-complex issues that afflict them. So, Patricia lends her services out through Make IT Personal, her technology support business. She does everything from repairing and replacing hardware in PCs and laptops to cleansing systems of intrusive malware. She even provides free in-store diagnostics for misbehaving computers. Despite her passion for the devices, Patricia says her favorite part of her job remains the very human smiles she receives from customers after a job done quickly and well.
