About Provincetown Whale Watching

When it comes to spotting whales with Provincetown Whale Watching, there are no maybes—trips to the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary guarantee sightings of these massive mammals. Humpback, finback, minke, and pilot varieties are all liable to make an appearance (depending on the season), and dolphins, seals, and porpoises often make cameos, too. While eyes are busy scouring the waves, ears stay entertained as the boat's experienced crew conveys facts about the wildlife and Provincetown's local history. Meanwhile, the boat itself adds to the family-friendly fun with open decks, a climate-controlled main cabin to lounge in, and a galley service with drinks and snacks you can use to make whales do tricks like "sit" and "stay."
