I loving my experience with MMA so far..took two classes and both were motivating, fun, and a great workout...these are truly beginner classes tht help you understand kickboxing, and tht any level kickboxer can enjoy..look forward to the rest of my classes

Awesome instructors who are very knowledgeable in their craft and dedicated to teaching & motivating others. The entire staff is super friendly& professional. Facility is very spacious and always clean. I’ve had great workouts in the few times I’ve attended. This is a great place to get in shape. I highly recommend them. 🤗🤗

Great class and clear explanation of drills

After calling and stating my kids would only be visiting Yonkers for two weeks, can we still use this voucher I was told yes. I asked what do they need to wear, because, again we only packed a few summer clothes, she told us we only needed shorts and tee shirts. When we got there we were presented with a list of things we had to purchase in order to participate,such as boxing gloves, a Giu,shin guards. Considering we were only visiting for ten days, I could not make that investment. My kids were able to participate on Tuesday, which is the only day that doesn't require any special gear. They enjoyed it the one class they got to take. I just wish when I had asked what my kids needed to wear, they would have been up front with me instead of redeeming the voucher, then handing me a supply list.
