I had to wait about 15 minutes because the person before me was 15 minutes late. Although they apologized I didn't feel welcome. Once Comdy was done, she came out and apologized and brought me back. I appreciated that she apologized and made sure to take care of her previous appointment because I would want that t all to me and I appreciated it. She was talkative and asked me about my job and vacation. She didn't make me feel awkward at all. I will definitely go back, because waiting for great service is not a big deal.

Nice decor and ambience; waxing done nicely with hard wax

The receptionist was very nice.Everyone was very professional and pleasant My service was on time and very courteous. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The salon is nicely decorated ant tasteful. I had a cup of coffee while I waited to my appointment time. My overall experience was rating is excellent.
