I've been practicing yoga for years, and this is the best class experience I've ever had. The instructor was gentle, intuitive, insightful, and helped me find strength in postures that have never felt "right" before. Their variety of classes and the clear connections between instructors and students are clear invitations to yoga as a whole body-heart-mind gift. The studio and facilities are clean and bright and comfortable. I'll be back for more regular practice - hopefully for a long time!
