It took a little while of telephone tag to get them to schedule a pick up but once that was done they were efficient, quick and complete.

My third time with this vendor. Equally good each time. Helpful, pleasant, and such a relief to get rid of stuff! He called to tell me he'd be late, which was helpful and allowed me to collect even more stuff!! I will be using 1-800-Junk-refund again...and again....and probably again.
Not sure where the "refund" comes into it, but still worthwhile.
