Derrick was generous with his time. He asked about my goals and gave pointed advice. Kim, who led my first class, was motivating and fun. She repeatedly reinforced how our form needed to be and told us why, "you get more our of it if you don't cross your legs," or, "you could hurt your lower back if you arch it." Overall I felt cared for while still being able to be my introverted self. 10 out of 10
