Distillery Highlights
Veteran Founded & Operated
Retired Army EOD Veteran Mike Girard distills these recipes by hand. He built his first still during deployment in Afghanistan using a disarmed three-gallon IED pressure cooker.
Authentic Prohibition Atmosphere
The tasting room features a non-working Thompson submachine gun above a mirror-backed bar, surrounded by historical newspaper clippings of the era.

During the prohibition era, figures like the Carlino brothers and Joe Roma fought extensively for control of Colorado’s illicit liquor trade. 3 Hundred Days Distilling pays homage to this intense history by producing the very "sugar moon" spirits that defined the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in the early 1930s.

Historically, Colorado moonshiners fermented sugar to distill a unique spirit commonly referred to as "sugar moon". Our moonshine is distilled from similar ingredients and blended with natural flavors to create an experience that brings you back to a time when quality and tradition were important. We host parties, special events and special offers for customers who visit our distillery. Our distiller is always hand crafting fun new flavors you can only get at the distillery.
