If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the therapist reserves the right to cancel the appointment. Rescheduling: Allowed up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a $35 fee.
Same-Day Cancellations: Charged 50% of the service price.
No-Show Policy: Full charge for missed appointments without prior notice. For Other Cancellation policies, check Terms. May be repurchased every 30 days. Limit 3 per person. All goods or services must be used by the same person.
